Relieve stress through meditation sessions

Relieve your stress through a Yin Yoga program sponsored by the Center for Career Connections, the Women’s Center and Campus Rec. Meditating in the Workplace with Wendi Blum, life coach and yoga instructor, is held every Thursday from 11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. on the third floor of the Lynn Residence Hall in the Dance Studio. Mats will be provided or bring your own. Open to employees and students.
