New Refund Process

Lynn University no longer participates in the Refund Process with Higher One Effective July 1, 2014.  All student credit balance refunds will now be processed through to your bank.  You will need to update your banking information on myLynn if you expect any future refunds from your student account.
Any time that you have excess funds on student account, you may be eligible for a refund.  If you wish to refund an excess credit from your student account,  you will need to link your Lynn ID to your personal bank account. All refunds will be processed through ACH to your own bank account. Refunds normally require 1 to 2 weeks for approval and processing once a credit is available on the account. In addition your attendance in class will need to be verified before any financial aid will be processed. You will also need to submit a refund request form.

To link your student account to your personal bank account the following steps will need to be followed:
1) Log in to http://www.lynn.edu/mylynn with your username and password
2)  Click on the ‘Student Finances’ tab
3) On the left hand side section, select “My Account” then select “Refund Bank Information” option under the “Refund Set-up Information” section.
4) Provide your personal Lynn information, as well as your personal bank routing and account number then select “NEXT PAGE”.
5) Please select “SUBMIT FORM” once your information is verified.

If you have any questions, please direct them to the Office of Student Financial Services at: (561) 237-7185

If you currently use the Lynn One Card as a financial card through Higher One, you will be issued a new Higher One Card by Higher One. Your current Higher One card will be valid until you receive your replacement card.  You can choose to keep your Higher One Bank Account if you want.  It is your decision.
