Donate your old Lynn t-shirts to the Sustainability/Campus Rec T-shirt Swap. Bring them to the Fitness Center from now until Earth Day, April 22. It’s recycling in action!
If you can’t bear to part with your favorite shirt or have a shirt you will be donating, take a photo of yourself wearing it and send it, with your name and phone number to gmmiller@lynn.edu on or before April, 21. Your photo will be entered into a drawing for two i-Pic movie passes and will be displayed on Earth Day.
On Earth Day, come to the Student Center lobby, between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., to sort through some of the donated t-shirts. Then vote on your favorite and take a recycled t-shirt as a souvenir.
Also, you'll be able to paint clay flower pots and get some free giveaways including Lynn University water bottles. While the fun continues inside, out on the Perper Plaza Lawn, the committee will display 2 U Share cars.
Students can also help spruce up the on-campus butterfly garden adding new mulch and pulling weeds during a work session from 3-5 p.m.
