The construction of the Snyder Sanctuary will be in full swing by Monday, April 7. The first phase requires closing the sidewalk along the lake side of the Lynn Residence Center and the doors on the north side of the building for two weeks.  (The doors will be available for emergency access, in the event of a fire) and all pedestrian traffic will be directed to the south side. The sidewalk from the east of the handicap ramp to the main paver sidewalk will be removed and reopened by April 21. 

In addition, the widening of the lake south of the Military Trail entrance will begin.  Hardrives will be digging out on the south end of the lake by the baseball field, and filling in 75 feet from the edge of the Remembrance Plaza lake. The new Snyder Sanctuary will actually jet out into the lake when complete.
