Submit a traditional recipe from your home country for inclusion in an International Recipe Book that will be distributed on Celebration of Nations Day (formerly known as Multicultural Day) in March. Complete this recipe card and return to Morayma James in International Student Services by Oct. 31. Our dining staff will select a few lucky recipes to be featured as part of the day’s offerings.

Campus departments and student organizations can also sign up to have a booth to display cultural items indicative of their homelands.
