The Christian Feast Day of St. Francis, patron Saint of animals and the environment, is Oct. 4. In honor of this day, two new clubs, Animal Welfare and Sustainability, will be collaborating with the Catholic Newman Club and Spiritual and Religious Life to raise awareness of our responsibility to be good stewards of our earth and its creatures.
