The Information Technology Department will be upgrading the Perceptive Content application server starting Friday December 10th at 6 pm and ending at or before 10 pm. During this time the Perceptive Content desktop application will be unavailable to view or add documents in Perceptive Content. The desktop clients should receive the upgraded application over the weekend and be available again Monday morning. If by Monday morning you have not received the background desktop client upgrade please try following the instructions below. If this is unsuccessful please enter a LUSC Issue at https://services.lynn.edu/servicedesk/customer/portal/4 by selecting “Error or Broken or Not Working?” to get this resolved.
- In order to perform this upgrade your computer will need to be connected to the university network.
