New Summer and Fall 2025 Students: Lynn University has transitioned to Workday. You do not need access to the myLynn portal. Instead, you must claim your Lynn account following the instructions sent to your email. Allow two business days after your account is set up, to use it to log into Workday "Lynn Student Account" and complete your new student onboarding tasks Returning students and student workers (PSW accounts): Please use your Lynn student account to log in directly to Workday. All student tasks and services are now managed in Workday.

Please note that the student portal (myLynn) is no longer used for completing onboarding tasks or viewing your student information. All actions—such as reviewing financial aid, registering for classes, uploading documents, and more—must be completed in Workday.

Be sure to log in to Workday regularly to stay on top of your tasks and deadlines.

Workday Student is Live! This innovative platform is a key part of our strategic plan to enhance student and faculty experiences and streamline our operations.

Key Information for Users

  • New Students: Check your Lynn email for instructions on setting up your Lynn account, which will be used for all university communications. You’ll receive a link to log in to Workday and complete onboarding tasks before orientation week.

  • Returning Students: Please log in to Workday and review your inbox for pending tasks. Refer to the Workday Student documentation for guidance as needed.

  • Faculty: Start exploring Workday Student by following the Workday Student - Faculty Checklist. This guide is tailored to help you maximize the platform’s features for teaching and learning.

Transition and Support

Our transition from the legacy system to Workday is complete. If you notice any discrepancies in your academic records, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@lynn.edu. For any questions or assistance with Workday, contact the helpdesk at Workday@lynn.edu or open a support ticket on our Workday help desk.

  • Lynn Employees and Students: Select either Lynn Employee Account or Lynn Student Account and log in with your Lynn Email and password.
  • Student Workers: Use your Lynn Student email and password to login (do not use your GA or PSW account). 
  • Parents and Third-Party Users: Use the Native Workday Login option.
