Campus Recreation provides opportunities for students and staff to engage with one another while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There are many ways to participate in Campus Recreation including Intramural Sports, Club Sports, the Fitness Center, Yoga Classes, Events, and more! 

Fitness Center Hours

Fitness Center:

Located in the Lynn Residence Center, the Fitness Center offers cardio equipment, free weights, and cardio strength and conditioning equipment. 



  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM 

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

  • Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
