Welcome to the Lynn University Family!

Parent and Family Orientation
We invite parents and family members to attend special sessions just for you!
Prior to arriving to campus
Join us via Zoom on either Aug. 11 and Aug. 12 from 6-8:30 p.m. EST to hear from the Student Affairs leadership team on how you can best support your student prior to arriving to campus. 
If you missed these sessions, you can find them on the Canvas course below.
Parent and Family Canvas Course
We have designed a course just for you (minus the homework!). You can access the resources here.
On campus welcome
Join our on-campus Parent and Family Welcome on Thursday, Aug. 19 from 6-8 p.m. Enjoy a complimentary drink ticket to Christine's the local pub on campus afterward from 8-8:45 p.m.
After Welcome Weekend
We know you still want to hear from our campus partners, so join us for sessions each evening from Aug. 23-Aug. 26 from 6-7 p.m. EST via Zoom. Information on the sessions and Zoom registration are available on the Canvas course.
International Orientation
Parents and families of International students are welcome to join their students on Aug. 19 from 9:30 a.m.-4p.m. for our on-campus International Orientation.

Lynn Launch

Make sure your student has registered for Lynn Launch! Lynn Launch is an opportunity  for your student to get started on their college journey before classes begin. This year's event will be held virtually on Zoom. During this program, your student will:

  • Learn about Lynn University.
  • Meet future classmates.
  • Prepare for their transition to college.
  • Set themselves up for success.

Lynn Launch is required for all incoming undergraduate day students.


Check in appointment

Make sure that your student has made a check-in appointment on either Aug. 18 or 19 via the Navigate app. They received and email with instructions on June 14.

Starting in July, be sure that your student logs into myLynn and completes all required paperwork within the new student checklist.
