A division of the Department of Education processing center known as Common Origination Disbursement (COD) will be unavailable during a maintenance upgrade from March 9-14, 2016.

o    Students/Parents will not be able to complete any actions or view loan correspondence via the StudentLoans.gov Web site
o    Students will not be able to complete any actions via the TEACH Grant Web site.
o    University personnel will not be able to submit or retrieve data via the COD Web Site
o    University personnel will not be able to access the COD Reports area of the COD web Site
o    Batches submitted by universities via the SAIG will be held or we will receive an error message informing us that  SAIG is unavailable and that the data must be transmitted at a later time.
o    COD School Relations Center and Student Loan Support Center will be closed and will not be available for students/parents/university personnel.
