Dr. Morgan O’Sullivan and Christina Heritage presented at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) annual conference during the month of June. Their interactive session titled “Student Employment – Streamlining to the Future” was very well received and was attended by close to two hundred participants. Their presentation looked at the experiences of a financial office taking over a university's entire student employment process. It also outlined how the use of electronic processes and technology have afforded a smooth transition and how a process once dominated by paperwork and bureaucracy is now seamless and efficient.
