New Summer and Fall 2025 Students: Lynn University has transitioned to Workday. You do not need access to the myLynn portal. Instead, you must claim your Lynn account following the instructions sent to your email. Allow two business days after your account is set up, to use it to log into Workday "Lynn Student Account" and complete your new student onboarding tasks Returning students and student workers (PSW accounts): Please use your Lynn student account to log in directly to Workday. All student tasks and services are now managed in Workday. 

Jenzabar maintenance 05/12/23 - 05/13/23

The IT Department will be upgrading Jenzabar to version Jenzabar J1-2022.2.0.2 starting Friday May 12, 2023 at 6pm thru Saturday May 13, 2023 at 10pm.

During the upgrade the following applications will be unavailable:

  • Jenzabar desktop application (on campus and remote)
  • myLynn portal     
  • Attendance application

Other applications like Canvas or Workday will not be affected by this upgrade.

Computers on campus will be upgraded at first login on Monday May 15. Please be patient and let the program run the installer.

If you work remotely and Jenzabar is installed in your computer, please open a ticket in the support portal to upgrade your computer.
