A groundbreaking ceremony will be held for the Perper Residence Hall on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. on the site of the future building near the west Potomac Road entrance. The new residence hall for upperclassmen is made possible thanks to a generous gift from Mary and the late Harold Perper. The Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall will be located on the south end of campus on the site of the previous intramural field. The hall will house 170 students and is designed as apartments with several bedrooms adjacent to a living room and kitchen. It is projected to open in fall 2017.
