Workday Outage Starting February 10, 2024 - Completed

We're in the final stages of preparing for the launch of Workday Student. Through this process, we'll conduct essential maintenance impacting the platform's daily operations.

What this means for you

Workday will be unavailable during the following times:

  • From 1 p.m. on Feb. 10 through 4 p.m. Feb. 11
  • From 4:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Feb. 12–18
  • From 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Feb. 17

Workday resumes regular operations Feb. 20.

Employee timecards

Employees cannot clock in and out during outages. After each outage, managers should record their employees' time in Workday as soon as possible for accurate payroll and attendance.

Student hiring

In addition, there will be a temporary hold on completing student hiring tasks from Feb. 9 to 16.

We understand the importance of efficient systems and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Check Lynn Minute every Monday for updates.
