Workday outage starting Aug. 21 - Completed

In preparation for rolling out Workday features for our students, we will be conducting essential maintenance that will impact the platform's daily operations.

From Aug. 21 through Aug. 24, Workday will be unavailable from 4:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Workday resumes regular operation Aug. 25.

Impact on employee timecards:
During the Workday outage, employees can not use the system to clock in and out. Once the system is back online after 6 a.m. the following day, managers can record employees' time in Workday to ensure accurate payroll and attendance.

Impact on hiring:
In addition to the system downtime, Employee Services will temporarily hold hiring tasks in Workday between Aug. 21 and Aug. 24. This hiring freeze will allow our team to reconfigure business processes related to employee and student hiring.

We understand the importance of efficient systems and hiring processes, and we apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the IT department at +1 561-237-7979.
