Fashion students to put on one “hot” show

This year’s spring fashion show, produced by students in Lynn’s fashion and retailing program in the College of Business and Management, is themed “Fashion Inferno,” and will hit the runway on April 8 at 7:30 p.m., in the Green Center. The “hot” show is divided into 5 scenes, each showcasing a different circle from the Dante’s novel Inferno.

Every aspect of the production—from lighting and set design, to marketing and promotion, guest services, public relations and of course, the runway collections—has been created from concept to execution by students at the college. So, take advantage of this opportunity to experience the electric energy of a major runway production.

There is a VIP reception prior to the show at 5:30 p.m., which includes free appetizers and desserts, for $30. VIP guests will also receive a goodie bag with discounts for local businesses. General admission tickets are $15. The event also features a silent auction, with such top-notch prizes as spa treatments and hotel accommodations.
