Mark your calendars for an exciting holiday event: Winterfaith

Student Life invites you to mark your calendars for a very special holiday event: Winterfaith: A Festival of Light, on Monday, Dec. 3. Winterfaith has been expanded this year to include a series of activities that will last all day and into the night.

Food services will kick off the festivities with their annual holiday-themed feast at lunch and dinner. And it may not be Rockefeller Plaza, but Perper Plaza will turn into an ice skating rink at 4 p.m. Then show off your decorating skills at the Gingerbread House-Making Contest. Student groups will also make greeting cards and Christmas stockings, create tasty winter treats, sing carols, play dreidel games, take souvenir photos and present multi-faith displays on the “many reasons for the season.”

at 6:15 p.m., Perper Plaza will be lit up to the music of the Conservatory Brass and of course, a visit from St. Nick. Festivities will continue into the evening in Knights’ Court with holiday Wii games and movies.
Staff and faculty are encouraged to stay and enjoy the celebration and invite loved ones if they wish.
