Access to staff and faculty email on mobile devices

On November 11th during the Information Technology project we experienced some issues which may impact your access to email via mobile devices.  All email is functioning properly via myLynn and on university computers.  If you are experiencing issues with email on a mobile device please follow these steps:

1.      Restart your mobile device
2.      Go to Settings
3.      Mail
4.      Accounts
5.      Staff-Office365
6.      Account
7.      Type in your Password
8.      Select Done

After taking these steps your email should come back.  It may take a few minutes for it to fully function.

Remember that you can always access email via myLynn.
