DUO two-factor authentication

Lynn University is implementing a high security login process that will change the login sequence of Office 365 for off-campus users. DUO two-factor authentication (introduction video) is a comprehensive security solution that confirms the identities of Lynn University users before granting access to Office 365. It will add a second layer of security during authentication and will ask individuals to confirm their identity during logins. While the change will go into effect on September 16, the IT department is enrolling all employees in DUO on August 14 which will trigger a self-enrollment email to all employees. Everyone should practice this new login sequence by enrolling in DUO self-service and be familiar with two-factor authentication before September 16.
