Reserving space is important for student organizations, and is a privilege that should not be taken for granted. Organization leaders can request space by logging into their Admin Dashboard through Presence and creating an event. Learn more about the process here.

This report is to be completed by any organization that hosts an event that generates revenue. That includes any fundraisers for outside organizations/nonprofits, or internal organization fundraising. Please note this form must be completed online then printed out and signed by the treasurer and the advisor.

Please see the following for a guide about how to create effective posters and get them approved to be placed around campus. All posters must be approved by e-mailing a copy of the poster to 3 weeks before the event. Acceptable formats are PDF’s, JPEGs, or PNGs only.

This handbook contains information about managing campus organizations. Inside, you will find university policies, information on starting a new organization, and how to keep organizations successful and planning great events.
