Starting August 1st, the IT Department will launch a new service portal.

The ways you contact the LU Service Desk to log calls by phone has not changed, however we enabled a new service portal to process online requests. 

The new LU Service Center portal has a new look and feel and a simplified form. On the new portal you will be able log requests through the system and track calls that you have made to the Service Desk via ext 7979. 

You will also be able to access the new Lynn Knowledge Base,  a searchable site with information about services and systems. This new function is intended to help you search documents that may have solutions to your issues without the need to log a call.
