Move Out Dates: If you are not graduating, you must move out of your residence hall after by Saturday, May 4, 2024, at noon (unless you have signed up and paid for summer housing at that time.) If you are graduating this Spring, congratulations! Since graduation falls on Tuesday, May 7, you have until Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at noon to move out of your residence hall.

Summer Housing: We offer housing options for Summer I, Summer II, or both. To apply for summer housing, log in to lynn.erezlife.com and select "Summer 2024: Housing Application" under forms on the left-hand side.

Summer I (May 4 – June 1, 2024)

  • Lynn Residence Center, Trinity Residence Hall, Freiburger Residence Hall, de Hoernle Residence Hall, E.M. Lynn Residence Center, or Perper Residence Hall (meal plan included): $1,810
    • Please note: If you live in Lynn, E.M. Lynn, or Trinity first floor: You will be relocated to Trinity Residence Hall for Summer I.

  • Campus Suds: This summer, rather than lugging all your belongings home, Campus Suds offers a hassle-free storage solution. With our convenient service, you won't need to worry about packing up storage bins, TVs, mini-fridges, or bedding. We provide everything you need, from boxes to packing tape and bubble wrap. Our team will collect your items right from campus and transport them to our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility equipped with security cameras, ensuring the safety of your belongings throughout the summer.   • Smart Box College: Smart Box College offers delivery and pick-up services for their portable storage units to and from the university.
