The Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall
Our New Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall has many desirable features including: 
  • Upper-class residence hall
  • Suite style (5 person single room suite or 4 person double room suite) 
  • Kitchenette in each suite, this includes a fridge, microwave, and sink area
  • Laundry facilities in the building
  • Large community lounge that features comfortable seating, an entertainment center, full kitchen for community use, and a study room

The Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall is Lynn University's newest on-campus housing facility, Finished in 2017, Perper Hall will house 170 upperclassmen (a 20 percent increase in on-campus occupancy than in 2016). This innovative, inclusive, urban-style loft apartments is first of its kind to arrive on campus. Perper Hall offers all the amenities of modern apartments including: kitchenettes, lounges, a peaceful courtyard, stylish furnishings.
