Spring and summer registration will open on October 18th.

 

Go to my.lynn.edu

Click "Reset Password" in the upper right corner

Click on “Forgot your password," this option will take you to reset your password by entering your personal information. You will need your myLynn username (the first initial of your first name, followed by your last name) or your ID number

Follow the prompts

Graduate students can register online and the selected courses will then be sent to their academic advisor for final approval.
 
All undergraduate evening students may register for courses online, without approval from their academic advisor.
  
To register for courses online:
you must be logged on to myLYNN
 
Click on Academics and then Student
 
Under Course Schedule, click on Add/Drop Courses
 
Select the term you want to register for from the dropdown
 
Look to see if you have any holds that will prevent you from registering (look under Hold Type - holds prevent you from registering but warnings do not)
 
Under Course Search, click on Search and all courses offered that term/semester will appear
 
When you find a course you want to register for, click on the box under Add (if you don't see a box under Add that means you have a hold and aren't able to register until that hold is removed)
 
Once you have selected all of the courses you want to register for, click on Add Courses at the bottom of the page

Once you've been registered for classes, you can view your schedule by logging on to myLYNN, going to Academics and then Student. Here you will see a link for Course Schedule. You will always see a note in red that says you are not registered for any courses. Please ignore, as this always defaults to the undergraduate day semester. Just click on View Details to select the appropriate term/semester.
 
Undergraduate students in an 8 week term will select any of the following: FALL I UG EVENING, FALL II UG EVENING, SPRING I UG EVENING, SPRING II UG EVENING, SUMMER I UG EVENING, SUMMER II UG EVENING
 
Graduate students in an 8 week term will select any of the following: FALL I GR EVENING, FALL II GR EVENING, SPRING I GR EVENING, SPRING II GR EVENING, SUMMER I GR EVENING, SUMMER II GR EVENING
 
Graduate students in a 16 week term will select any of the following: FALL GR DAY, SPRING GR DAY, SUMMER GR DAY
Make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, and then go to Academics and then Student. Here you will see a link under Textbook Information.
 
 

Go to eMarket under Quick Links to pay the instructional materials fee. Undergraduate evening students should click on Online Instructional Materials Fee and Graduate students should click on Masters/EdD.


All notifications from the university will be sent to your Lynn email address, so be sure to check your email regularly. You can access your Lynn email by clicking on Student Email, under Quick Links to the left of the screen (you must be logged on to access your email).
Are you an international student with an F1 visa? If so, you must also complete the following.
1. Immigration Document Check-In
2. Interntational Student Orientation
 
Undergraduate Online Students
You must register for a minimum of 6 credits during each of the Fall 1, Fall 2, Spring 1, and Spring 2 terms
• A minimum of 3 credits must be on ground each term
• A minimum 9 on ground credits total within the two terms Fall 1/Fall 2 and Spring 1/Spring 2

Graduate Psychology Students
You must register for a minimum of 9 credits during each of the Fall and Spring semesters
• A minimum of 6 credits must be on ground each semester
 
Graduate Evening Students
You must register for a minimum of 3 credits during each of the Fall 1, Fall 2, Spring 1, and Spring 2 terms
• A minimum of 3 credits must be on ground each term

Courses are available on Canvas beginning on the Friday before the term begins 
 
If your course is not showing on Canvas, please reach out directly to your instructor. Your instructor's name can be found on your Student Schedule and the contact information for your instructor can be found by clicking on Campus Directory, under Quick Links (to the left of the screen) 

A hybrid course is listed with a Q after the course number. Hybrid courses will have components of both an online and on campus course. Your instructor will provide you with the specific schedule for each hybrid course, as they may vary.
If you have credit from another university that you would like to transfer to Lynn, please contact Randi Lesko at rlesko@lynn.edu or 561-237-7306. Or if you are a student athlete contact Briana Andrews at bandrews@lynn.edu or 561-237-7527.
Students receive 100% of the tuition paid if they drop courses prior to the date publicized as the first day of the term. For courses dropped during the first week of the term (add/drop), students receive 90% of the tuition. There is no refund after the first week of the term .
 
 
 
Make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, then Click on Academics (top of screen) and then Student (left side of screen).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on View All Details, under My Degree Progress.
Click on Recalculate Student Progress (1st) and then Advising Worksheet (2nd).
This will bring up a list of your required courses:
• Any course with a red X still needs to be completed
• Any course with a green check has already been successfully completed
*This is to be used as a guide only, final determination of completion of degree requirements is handled by your academic advisor and the Office of the Registrar.
Make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, then click on Academics (top of screen) and then Student (left of screen).
 
Click on View Details under Course Schedule, and select the appropriate term.
 
Next click on Search and then Printable Schedule.
All graduate students can register online. The requested courses will be sent to their academic advisor for approval before course selection is finalized.
 
All undergraduate evening students may register for courses online without advisor approval needed.

Click on Add/Drop Courses under Course Registration., and then select the appropriate term.

Look to see if you have any holds that will prevent you from registering. Be sure to look under Hold Type. A HOLD will prevent you from registering, a WARNING will not.

Click on Course Search and then Search.

Here you will see a list of all courses offered during that term/semester. If you see a course you’d like to add, click on the box under Add. If there are no boxes under Add that means you have ahold that is preventing you from registering.

Once you’ve selected all of your courses, click on Add Courses at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, then Click on Academics (top of screen) and then Student (left side of screen).
 
Click on Add/Drop Courses under Course Registration.

Next to each hold you will see a Hold Type. HOLDS prevent you from registering, WARNINGS do not.

If you click on the box to the left of the hold, it will tell you who to contact to resolve the hold.
Make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, then Click on Academics (top of screen) and then Student (left side of screen).
 
Click on Add/Drop Courses under Course Registration., and then select the appropriate term.

Look to see if you have any holds that will prevent you from making changes to your schedule. Be sure to look under Hold Type. A HOLD will prevent you, a WARNING will not.
 
Your schedule will appear under the Course Search box. If you would like to drop a course, click on the box under Drop.

Grades are typically due 10 days after the last day of the term. Once final grades are received, the system is updated to reflect your current GPA.
 
To view a Grade Report, make sure you are logged on to myLYNN, then Click on Academics (top of screen) and then Student (left side of screen). Select the term under Grade Report.
 
Please be aware that certain graduate programs have a minimum grade requirement for their program. In addition, students are placed on academic probation is their career GPA falls below a 3.0 for graduate students or a 2.0 for undergraduate students.
