Fitness Center

The Larry and Elaine Smith Fitness Center, located in the Snyder Center for Health and Wellness, offers students an 8,700-square-foot fitness center that has new state-of-the-art equipment, including cardio, nautilus, TRX, free weights, a cycle studio, and group fitness classes. 

 

Hours of Operation:

Summer Hours

Monday-Thursday                    8am-4pm

Friday                                       8am-3pm 

Saturday-Sunday                     Closed

Tuesday Yoga (Sanctuary)      4pm-5pm

 

2024-2025 Fall and Spring Semester Hours

Monday-Thursday      7am-10pm

Friday                         7am-5pm

Saturday/Sunday       11am-5pm

General Policies

  1. A valid Lynn University ID is required to enter the Fitness Center, whether entering for a fitness class or to work out in the space.
  2. For safety and/or facility maintenance reasons, appropriate sports or exercise clothing and footwear are required for patrons.

  • All classes will take place in Snyder Fitness Center, except for yoga. Yoga classes are held in the Snyder Sanctuary.
  • All group fitness class reservations should be made on Lynn Blueprint
